This half day workshop will explore the themes of Mental Toughness, control, commitment, challenge and confidence and will include interactive taster sessions, smaller group discussions and mini coaching sessions.
The objective of the course is to introduce you to practical tools and techniques to enable you to confidently explore these themes with your students and will also count towards your CPD.
Ultimately you will be equipped with knowledge and skills to optimise your own performance and wellbeing and to work with others to do the same for them.
