AQR International has partnered with Call of the Wild to deliver ILM accredited programmes. As an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) approved centre, we can design and deliver ILM qualifications. These can range from management and leadership to specialised programmes and training courses in coaching and mentoring. These have been designed to meet the varying learning and development needs of employers of all sizes and across all industries and sectors. In addition, every ILM qualification is based on the Government’s high quality national frameworks and made to ensure learning is transferred directly to the work environment.

Three mandatory units cover the core skills you need to lead a team. You’ll learn how to plan, allocate and monitor work; tools and techniques to develop yourself as a leader; and how to get the most from your team. Then work with your employer and training provider to find the best fit from a wide range of optional units. These cover everything from communication skills to business improvement techniques. The choice includes units from Level 3 qualifications, to help you progress in your career and in formal professional training.

The Award covers team roles, what makes a team work well, and how to build relationships and deal with conflict in your team. You will also focus on yourself – identify your own strengths and weaknesses so that you can perform better in your role.
The Certificate includes an additional unit, which focuses on tools to help you manage your time, and techniques to find and implement solutions to problems facing your team. You’ll also get practical knowledge about health and safety and other basic legal requirements in your organisation.

Level 3

This qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

The single mandatory unit focuses on getting and using information to make effective decisions and find solutions to problems. Take two units from Group 2, which cover managing innovation and change in your organisation or understanding leadership and what it takes to lead and motivate a team. Then work with your employer or training provider to map optional units to your needs and skills gaps. This includes units from Levels 2 and 4, to help your formal career development.
Diploma in Management
Who is this qualification for?
The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management (Combined Qualification) is ideal for individuals looking to take their first step into line management and for those who already have some management responsibilities. This combined knowledge and competency based qualification will build and develop new skills to enhance their management career. The qualification also forms part of the ILM Level 3 Management Apprenticeship.

Who is this qualification for?
The ILM Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management is ideal for managers moving into a middle management position, who still retain responsibility for operational processes but are more removed from day to day line management duties. The qualification develops the knowledge and skills required to take on higher level responsibilities such as planning and implementing change. This qualification forms part of the ILM Level 4 Management Apprenticeship.

This qualification forms part of the ILM Level 5 Management Apprenticeship.
