Operating as a sister company to AQR International, AQR Ireland offer our full range of core psychometric measures with experienced master practitioners and trainers based in Dublin and Limerick.  We also offer a range of locally based open training and CPD events.

Lorna Lawless

Principle Psychologist/Director of Training

Lorna Lawless is a Coaching Psychologist and owner of her own Coaching business. She holds a first-class honours M.A. in Coaching Psychology from University College Cork and a BSc in Psychology from the Open University. She is chair of the Coaching Psychology Special Interest Group for The Psychological Society of Ireland and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.


Lorna is our Master Trainer in all AQR products and also specialises in Emotional Intelligence, and Flow states. This combination of expertise provides her with a thorough understanding of the psychology of being and performing at your best. She has presented her research on emotional intelligence and work-related stress at international conferences. Lorna has over 10 years’ experience in corporate environments resulting in a keen interest in workplace wellbeing.
