We currently have six vacancies for Mental Toughness Ambassadors in the Manchester area

Job Specification

Commit a number of hours per week to visit schools across Manchester (along with another ambassador) to run mental toughness workshops and assemblies for students, the number of hours will depend on demand. Training will be provided.

  • A second year Psychology student at Manchester Metropolitan University
  • Be a friendly and engaging representative
  • Be organised, professional and presentable
  • Have good and clear verbal communication skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Will work professionally with other ambassadors from your course, with the AQR International team and with local schools
  • Gain valuable work experience
  • Learn key transferable and employability skills
  • Work alongside a leading edge international company
  • Earn £15 an hour
  • Work with the local community to help make a difference
  • Participate in a training programme run by AQR International to prepare you for your role and to teach you the skills needed
  • Build up your resume and be part of something bigger
  • Delivery of training to improve performance, wellbeing and positive behaviour
  • Developing and supplying materials for coaches, trainers and psychologists to use in developmental work, both with individuals and with organisations.
  • Supply of assessment measures
  • Training users to use assessment measures
