What you think and feel determines the way you act and behave.
So, if you are disciplined, resolute and focused in your mind then that’s the way you will likely act and behave.
The key is to first make it a conscious thought and then build on it, day by day, until it just becomes the default way for you to think.
I love this quote by spiritual healer and motivator, Vikas Runwal from Pune in India;
“Self discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you can’t control what you think then you can’t control what you do.”
