On Friday 17th March, Doug Strycharczyk, CEO, led a discussion at the Business Centre Club in Warsaw where the main discussion was around the subject of managing the employee market in the light of migration issues. The Business Centre Club is an organisation which features in its membership some of the leading international organisations in Poland.
Later that day, he ran a workshop our Polish partner, 4business&people, which examined the benefits of using high quality psychometric measures in coaching.
On Saturday, 18th March, Doug provided a key note address at the 8th Annual Coaching Conference organised by the Kozminski University in Warsaw – the event gathered over 130 delegates from all over the world and is recognised as one of the main Coaching Conferences in Poland.
The Kozminski University is recognised as a leading university in Poland and host the Coaching Centringu Poland’s leading think tank in this area. Past speakers have included Prof Jonathan Passmore as well as coaching experts from North America.

Doug moved onto Romania where again he was the key note speaker at a Coaching and Assessment Conference organised jointly by the Romanian Banking Institute and AQR International’s Romanian Partner, Performance Group. There was an excellent response to his presentation which covered the application of both MTQ48 and ILM72. Already asked to go back for two more conferences later in the year he will be returning almost immediately to be the key note address at a major Conference in Bucharest on April 10.
Together with a huge growth in the use of webinars, this reflects the continued and significant growth in the application of AQR’s products and services.
We’d like to thank to the organisers for this valuable opportunity to share our knowledge and experience with others.
