Wednesday evening saw a workshop, on Mental Toughness and its relationship with Stress, at Mary Immaculate College in Limerick in the Republic of Ireland.
Dr John Perry, Acting Dean, Mary Immaculate, opened by describing the latest understanding of stress and how this was closely related to the latest understanding of the 4Cs mental toughens framework.
Doug Strycharczyk, CEO, AQR International, then described what we understood by Mental Toughness.
A lively question and answer session concluded what was an interesting and invigorating evening. The event also provided an opportunity to launch AQR Ireland where the interest in Mental Toughness has grown significantly.
