Organised by our partner Talent Pole, January saw the first of 2020’s Licensed User Workshops for Mental Toughness in Shanghai. Delegates (21) came from the world of Coaching as well as senior HR people from a number of prominent organisations.
Delivered by Doug Strycharczyk the two-day workshop was highly participative, delegates asking very many excellent questions focused on applications in coaching, talent management, IOD and learning and development.
There is a real enthusiasm for the concept and the measure in a society where change and innovation is the norm.
A great start to the target of having 1000 trained users in China by the end of 2020.
